Dialogflow users will be able to create new conversational experiences on their customers' favorite channels through Infobip's omnichannel platform
In order to respond to the tendency of companies to connect with other organizations in their favorite communication channels, Google Cloud Dialogflow has decided to give access to WhatsApp through Conversations, Infobip's cloud contact center solution. In addition, this integration allows Dialogflow customers to scale their operations and customer communications globally through a single platform.
In this way, the global omnichannel communication platform in the cloud Infobip integrates Google Cloud's Dialogflow into its contact center cloud solutions and WhatsApp for Business to improve the user experience and reduce the number of customer service agents.
