The Civil Guard has arrested a man, 50 years old, as the alleged perpetrator of the fatal outrage of his partner that occurred this Monday in the town of Almonacid de Toledo, as reported by the Government delegate in Castilla-La Mancha, Francisco Tierraseca, to the media.
Investigators have arrested the man as a suspect in the murder of his partner, a 42-year-old woman, who allegedly committed the fatal hit on a dirt road near a gas station.
"All hypotheses are open"
Although at first the emergency services pointed out that it had been an accident caused by a mechanical failure, the indications collected by the agents indicate the possibility that the run over was intentional, the sources have explained. Francisco Tierraseca has affirmed that "all hypotheses are open" about the event.
The Government delegate has indicated that the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard has taken charge of the investigation and has added that when there is "a death due to violent acts", what happened is thoroughly investigated.
