5-Ingredient Garlic and Chive Cauliflower Mash

This tasty cauliflower squash matches well with a wide scope of meat, pork, chicken, and plant-based dishes. Besides, it meets up in less than 30 minutes, so it is ideally suited for those bustling weeknights when you need to get a sound supper on the table without an excess of fuss.

Tip: Steaming the garlic alongside the cauliflower will eliminate the crude edge and make it more delicate.

Ingredients:

1 medium cauliflower head, florets only
2-3 whole garlic cloves, peeled
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. unsweetened almond milk
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
3 T. fresh chives, chopped

Directions:

1. Place the cauliflower florets and the garlic cloves into a liner crate set over a pot of tenderly bubbling water. Cover and steam until the cauliflower is fork-delicate, around 15 minutes.


2. Move the cauliflower and garlic to a food processor or blender and add the olive oil, almond milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and dark pepper, to taste, and cycle until smooth and rich. Taste and change the flavors, as wanted.


3. Move to a serving bowl and top with new chives prior to serving. Appreciate!
